Ward Business Services currently provides several fee options from which to choose, to suit your budget, individual business needs and the particular project. All fees will be agreed upon before work commences.
Option 1 (a basic hourly rate): This will suit clients who need only a few hours per month. A one-hour minimum is required. Time sheets will be supplied with each invoice on a weekly basis.
Option 2 (a monthly or annual retainer package): A Monthly or Annual Retainer package for clients requiring support on a regular basis for a certain number of hours per month or year, regardless of the services you require.
Invoices are issued at the end of each month for the following month and payment is required in advance at the beginning of each month. Additional hours are charged at a discounted rate. Hours are not carried forward to the next month.
Option 3 (a project rate): A Project Rate, which is based on your project's specific requirements.
You will be supplied with an estimate, which is subject to amendment if your requirements change. A 50% down payment is required and an invoice for the balance due will be submitted with the completed work and payment is due upon receipt.
Option 4 (a daily rate): A Daily rate for one complete eight-hour period

General Terms and Conditions Initial information-gathering sessions with new clients may, at Ward Business Services' discretion, be complimentary, after which time spent on any type of work being done at the client's request, or further discussions on the assignment, shall be charged at the appropriate hourly rate.
A Signed agreement will be required before work commences.
Before handing over data and information, (a traceable method of delivery is recommended) to Ward Business Services, clients are required to make copies and keep on their files.
Ward Business Services cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, etc. of data, projects, or any items relating to an assignment, during transit to or from, or whilst at my premises.
Back-up copies of the client's files will be saved to disk and kept for a period of no more than one year, to allow for additional editing at a later date. Please let me know if you would prefer another method.
Expenses for services or items purchased on the client's behalf, such as telephone charges, printing, photocopying, special materials, CDs/floppy disks, fax, postage and courier charges or other direct costs, will be quoted and billed separately, at cost.
Email and Internet research do not incur telephone charges.
The supply of additional copies of documents or files saved on to disk or CD will be quoted separately.
All invoices will be submitted by e-mail or fax and are due for immediate settlement. If an invoice is not paid within five (5) days of issue, a daily surcharge will be applied to the invoice. Work will not continue and the final project delivered until the full amount has been settled. Any charges incurred in the collection of outstanding funds will be payable by the client.
Ward Business Services must be notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt of completed work and accepts liability only for errors made by Ward Business Services.
Final proofreading is the client's responsibility. Notification of any errors returned within 24 hours will be corrected free of charge. Amendments or alterations requested by the client will be charged at the appropriate hourly rate. Errors generated by Ward Business Services will be rectified free of charge.
Ward Business Services will not be held responsible for delivery of finished product after the promised delivery date if circumstances arise beyond it's control.
Ward Business Services reserves the right to refuse work from any client, which Ward Business Services believes to be illegal, immoral, or objectionable.
To avoid the spread of computer viruses all incoming email will be scanned and may be immediately deleted if the message appears to be suspicious, from an unrecognized sender, has no subject heading or contains an attachment with no message content.
